STARTERS AND SNACKS

To prepare a rich table of appetizers, you only have to choose among our cheeses. From creamy cheese, perfect for preparing canapés, to fresh sheep cheeses and goat cheeses to be enjoyed in cubes and combined with cold cuts or fresh vegetables, up to the most precious and mature ones. The appetizer and the aperitif are also the opportunity to try the special versions of our sheep milk cheeses from Sardinian pastures: they range from those enriched with grains of black pepper to those spiced with saffron, up to those that espouse the intense and unique taste of truffle. For snacks and light meals there are a thousand ways to taste our cheeses: with a sandwich or a toast, with a seasonal fruit or simply in chunks, like real sins of gluttony.
