BRIGANTE CHEESE. SWEETNESS IN THE TASTE.

Our most known cheese, the best-selling Sardinian fresh sheep cheese in Italy. It comes from the pastures and tradition of Sardinia, but its recipe is our creation: it is fresh, scented with milk, with a perfect balance between delicacy and flavour because it matures in just 25 days before being ready for the table. It was born to bring the special flavour of Sardinian sheep cheese to the tables every day and on every occasion. It gives a special touch to sandwiches and salads, it is the ingredient for a thousand recipes. On its own it can be a snack or give substance to a platter of cheeses and cured meats at aperitif time. It is so simple and tasty that we have also prepared spicy versions of it: with black pepper, with saffron and pepper, with chilli pepper, with truffle. We want everyone to be able to enjoy it: for this we also prepare it in the lactose-free version which keeps all its taste and freshness, but facilitates its digestion to the intolerants. Each wheel of Brigante is born only from milk of Sardinian flocks and from the wisdom of tradition but with our own recipe. It matures in just 25 days. In this way it preserves the taste of the milk with a perfect balance between flavour and freshness.
