HASSELBACK POTATOES WITH PEPPERED PECORINO

Ingredients

4 people
  • Boiled potatoes 4 larges
  • Aged Pecorino with black pepper 200 g
  • Oil to taste
  • Salt to taste

Method

Boil the whole potatoes with their skins.

Once cooled, incise them like an accordion.

Cut the Peppered Pecorino cheese into slivers and insert a sliver into each slot of the potatoes.

Adjust with salt and pour a drizzle of oil.

Bake for 20 min at 180° and serve hot.
