The protagonist of this recipe: Lactose-Free Brigante
Ingredients
4 people- Low-fat yogurt 150 g
- Whipped cream 100 g
- Brown sugar 50 g
- Lactose-free Brigante 80 g
- Pears 2
- Walnuts 40 g
Method

In a whipping machine, melt the sugar in the cream, combine the low-fat yogurt and whip to the desired consistency.

In a small pot, caramelize the pears with sugar and once ready, set them aside and let them cool.

Cut the lactose-free Brigante into cubes.

Take a goblet and pour the yogurt mousse, then lay the caramelized pears down above and decorate with the lactose-free Brigante cheese.
