YOGURT WITH PEARS, LACTOSE-FREE BRIGANTE AND WALNUTS

Ingredients

4 people
  • Low-fat yogurt 150 g
  • Whipped cream 100 g
  • Brown sugar 50 g
  • Lactose-free Brigante 80 g
  • Pears 2
  • Walnuts 40 g

Method

In a whipping machine, melt the sugar in the cream, combine the low-fat yogurt and whip to the desired consistency.

In a small pot, caramelize the pears with sugar and once ready, set them aside and let them cool.

Cut the lactose-free Brigante into cubes.

Take a goblet and pour the yogurt mousse, then lay the caramelized pears down above and decorate with the lactose-free Brigante cheese.
