The protagonist of this recipe: Smoked Ricotta Mustia
Ingredients
4 people- Courgettes 4
- Smoked Ricotta Mustia 200 g
- Sliced raw ham 250 g
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Method
Put some water to boil in a large pot.
Wash the courgettes, remove the two extremities and cut them into slices about 2 mm thick along the length. Blanch the courgettes for 5 minutes, drain and let cool, then dry each sliver with paper towel.
Grease each sliver with oil on both sides, then put them in the breadcrumbs and press them lightly.
Spread a slice of ham on each sliver of courgette.
Cut the Ricotta Mustia into cubes of about 2 cm and place it on the ham, then roll up and close the roll with a toothpick.
Lay the courgettes and ricotta rolls down on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and cook them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 5/6 minutes.
After the necessary time, take out the courgettes rolls and serve immediately.
This simple recipe is suitable for more than one variation, you can make grilled courgettes rolls instead of blanched in boiling water, or sautéed courgettes rolls.
