FRUIT AND VEGETABLE SUMMER SALAD WITH PECORINO ROMANO
The protagonist of this recipe: Pecorino Romano PDO
Ingredients
4 people- Red pepper 1
- Cucumber 1
- Fennel 1
- Carrot 1
- Celery 1
- Apple Melon 1
- Pear 1
- Strawberries 12
- Cherries 12
- Pecorino Romano PDO 120 g
- Sugar 4 brimming spoons
- Vanilla Half a stick
Method
Make a hot syrup of water, sugar, and half a vanilla stick.
Cut fruit and vegetables into cubes and marinate for 30 minutes in the hot syrup you have just made.
In the meantime, cut the Pecorino Romano into brunoise.
Serve the portions of fruit and vegetable salad in transparent cups and decorate them with the Pecorino Romano you have cut.
