ENDIVE PUFF PASTRY

Ingredients

6 people
  • Packaged puff pastry 400 g
  • Belgian endive 4 bottoms
  • Lactose-free Brigante 350 g
  • Santa Teresa 100 g
  • Bacon 140 g

Method

Put the sheet of puff pastry on a well-buttered baking pan and let it rest while you prepare the filling.

The filling

Cut the Belgian endive and bacon into thin slices and brown them in a pan with a drizzle of oil.

Cut the Lactose-free Brigante Cheese into small pieces and pour it into the pan over the heat off. Whisk Belgian endive, bacon and cheese well and pour over the puff pastry.

Close the dough on the edge of the baking pan and put in the oven at 180° for 45 minutes.
