Spaghetti Frittata

Ingredients
4 people- Spaghetti 300 gr
- Grated Pecorino Romano 150 gr
- Sheep ricotta 250 gr
- Cubed bacon 150 gr
- Olio 2 cucchiai
- Egg 5
- Salt q.b.
- Pepper q.b
Method
Boil the spaghetti in lightly salted water.
Drain them al dente and dress them with two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
Add the ricotta and bacon.
Mix everything well.
Add the spaghetti.
Mix and pour into a pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
