Ingredients

  • French type bread rolls 4
  • Fresh Spreadable Sheep Cheese 160 g
  • Anchovies 8
  • Lemon zest to taste

Method

1

Heat the two parts of each bread roll.

Spread the Fresh Spreadable Sheep Cheese.

Lay the anchovies cut into small pieces down above.

Before closing the sandwiches add a pinch of grated lemon zest.
