- Buckwheat bread 8 slices
- Mortadella 160 g
- Brigante with Black Pepper 160 g
- Pistachios to taste
- Balsamic vinegar cream to taste
To make the Brigante cheese with Black Pepper fried breads, cut the bread into slices that are not too thick.
First of all, put the mortadella on the slices of bread, then Brigante and pistachios.
Finally, add a few drops of balsamic vinegar cream and then serve.
