Ingredients
4 people- Eggs 4
- Lactose-free Brigante 160 g
- Scented dried herbs 1 pinch of powder
- Milk 1 medium glass
Method

Slowly melt the cheese in the milk until you get a thick but creamy cream and pour it into the small bowls that you will bring to the table.

Cook the eggs in water, poached and place them on the Brigante cheese cream, one per small bowl.

Finish with the herb powder and feel how wonderful it is.
